Price list and the rules!
• The reservation holder for the Avangard HOME vacation home must be at least 18 years old at the time of booking.
• Avangard HOME is not suitable for hosting large gatherings or events such as bachelorette parties, bachelor parties, or birthdays.
• Pets are not permitted
• To confirm the reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total amount for the desired stay date must be paid into the owner’s bank account. The remaining amount is to be paid upon arrival at the property.
• After the payment of the deposit, we will send a reservation confirmation via email to the guest for the desired stay date, specifying the exact number of individuals who will be staying at the property.
• The swimming pool is operational from May 15th to October 15th. Please note that the tourist tax is not included in the price and will be charged separately. The rates are as follows: adu

Price list and the rules - Cancellation Policy
• In the event of a no-show (without prior cancellation) on the reserved date, a paid deposit amount equivalent to 30% of the total reservation will be retained by the property owner.
• Cancellations made 21 days or more prior to the agreed vacation date allow guests to utilize the deposit for an alternative available date of their choice. Date changes are permitted twice within this cancellation policy. After that, guests forfeit the right to a deposit refund and the opportunity to use it.
• In cases of “force majeure” events, significant malfunctions, or unsatisfactory conditions at the accommodation facility, the property owner reserves the right to cancel the reservation. A detailed explanation will be provided to the guest, along with the option to select an alternative available date at a 10% discount on the original reservation amount.
• By submitting a deposit payment for the reservation, guests acknowledge and accept the terms of the “Cancellation Policy”. Price list and rules!
