We present to you our exclusive “Premium” holiday home – “HOME II”. This luxurious oasis offers plenty of indoor and outdoor space, including a magical wellness corner. The area of the house is 350 m², while the spacious garden offers 400 m².
The outdoor setting includes an impeccably landscaped garden with a heated pool and a refreshing solar shower, creating an ideal corner for relaxation. The large terrace is complete with a grill for perfect gastronomic moments, a refrigerator for refreshing drinks, and infrared heaters for enjoying the outdoors even on cold evenings. In addition to the above, all our guests are provided with free parking spaces.
Wellness
The wellness area offers true pleasure for your senses. Enjoy a jacuzzi for five people, a relaxing infrared sauna for four people, and a refreshing shower in the wellness area. For complete enjoyment, there is also a comfortable heated bench. This wellness paradise is located next to the terrace on the ground floor of the house, which is also equipped with a toilet and a spacious living room.
The living room has an exit directly to the terrace, which creates a seamless combination of indoor and outdoor space. The kitchen and dining room, located inside the living room, provide enough space to host numerous guests. All rooms are equipped with underfloor heating for a pleasant atmosphere, while individual thermostats via the heat pump enable the temperature to be adjusted as desired.
Bedrooms
Upstairs there are four elegantly decorated bedrooms with comfortable double beds measuring 200×200 cm. Each room has its own bathroom equipped with an 80×120 cm shower. Two rooms provide accommodation for two people each, while the remaining two rooms have a capacity of 2+1 with an additional bed of 80×200 cm.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances: refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, and cooker for quick preparation of favorite dishes. On the outdoor terrace, you can find an additional refrigerator, a sink, and a practical electric Weber grill.
Gaming Zone
For fun and socializing, the house offers a variety of options. Table football, darts, and various board games await you in a special room.
The facility is cleverly designed with central ventilation and air recuperators to ensure optimal air quality during your stay.
